How are orders shipped? How long till you ship? How long till I receive?
Fedex, UPS, and Postal. Method is confirmed when you verify your order. Orders are shipped immediately upon payment. FOB/FCA. Delivery times are dependant upon method of shipment and customs delays if any. If you need to inquire on tracking your shipment please email tracking@cwonline.com

Can you ship to someone as a gift from me?
Yes, only if payment is made by certified check or money order.

What is your return policy?
We have a 15 day return policy effective upon delivery with a 15% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. All products are tested before shipping to guarantee non DOA (dead on arrival). Manufacturers warranty is applicable after the 15 day return period. Please feel free to ask about specific product warranties or returns.
